SpringTransactionsCode Review

There is a bean with a transactional method. We want to count how many times this method completes successfully during application execution. We add a counter and increment it as the first operation in the method, as shown in the comment. Question: if the transaction is rolled back, will count also be rolled back, or will it remain incremented?

class Bean {
    private int count = 0;

    @Transactional
    public void method() {
        count++;
        // do something
        // get an exception
    }
}
