These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the use of the Java Hub website (hereinafter referred to as the Website), available at https://java-hub.com .
By using the Website, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.
1.1. The Website provides users with access to educational materials, including interview preparation questions, explanations, and other informational materials.
1.2. The Website Administration may modify the Website content, functionality, and these Terms without prior notice to the user.
2.1. To access certain Website features, the user must register and provide an email address.
2.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their Website access credentials secure.
3.1. The Website offers paid Premium access, which provides access to extended functionality and additional materials.
3.2. Premium access is provided for the term selected by the user: 1 month — 30 (thirty) calendar days, or 3 months — 90 (ninety) calendar days.
3.3. Premium access does not renew automatically. At the end of the paid term, access expires unless the user purchases Premium again.
3.4. When Premium is purchased for the user's own account, the paid term begins when successful payment is confirmed. When Premium is purchased as a gift, the term begins when the recipient activates the gift code. If the recipient already has active Premium, the paid term is added to the current period.
3.5. Payments for Premium access are processed through the YooKassa payment service.
3.6. As of this version of the Terms, Premium costs RUB 790 in Russia or USD 9.99 for international payments for 1 month, and RUB 1,990 or USD 24.99 respectively for 3 months. The current amount and currency are displayed before the user proceeds to payment. The Website Administration may change Premium pricing.
3.7. Premium can be purchased as a gift for 1 or 3 months. A paid gift code has no activation expiry unless a different term is clearly stated on the Website before purchase.
3.8. Payments made for Premium access are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under the laws of the Russian Federation.

6.1. The Website Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.
6.2. The Website Administration is not liable for any losses incurred by the user as a result of using the Website.
7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy .
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
